What is the noise when I first put the car in drive and accelerate?

Hello, noises are so hard to figure online here, because you really have to hear and feel a noise in person and know what is happening when the noise occurs in relation to the operation of the vehicle. Is the noise from the engine compartment? Under the vehicle? This could be an engine related noise, a steering noise, suspension noise, brake noise, drive train noise (like universal joint or differential gear lash related)...
