It's a 1991 that has only belonged to one owner. It hasn't been driven in a year or so, and there are no problems getting it started. I sold it and the man brought it back the next day. These were his complaints. Can you give your opinion? Do you think that it's due to a fuel line issue? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like a vacuum leak / air intake related possible concern. I do not suspect is is a "fuel line issue". Start by checking base fuel pressure and making sure there is no fuel pressure bleed down. If all is good there, check for any vacuum leaks, any air intake leaks. If too much air is getting into the engine when stopped -- you can stall.
