What is your question?
after turning the car off, i can hear the fuel pump continuing to run. The next time i try to start the car , it won't start due to dead battery. This has been happening for over 1 year now intermittently. The mechanic at the dealership we purchased car from is clueless as to how to repair the car , the fuel pump has been replaced & the ecm has been replaced 3 times. This has not repaired the vehicle. It still has the same problem
What makes this problem better or worse?
it happens intermittent
How long has your 2015 Chevrolet Camaro had this problem?

Hi - I am Dave, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Yes, It does sound like your technician is not following the process to do a proper diagnosis and find out what is happening. Top of my head initial thought is: sticking fuel pump relay. But it's dangerous to guess without evidence or inspection to back it up. Replacing a fuel pump and ECM -- 3 times - does not sound like it's addressing anything. If the fuel pump indeed stays powered after the vehicle is shut off, testing should be done in the related circuit and training back wiring to the post of failure.
