2015 Chevy Camaro heater works ok sitting still can’t keep up when rolling

The blower works great. At low speeds in slower traffic or idle blows heat. And at speed or on defrost blows cooler air. And I was watching the water temp. 184 tops at idle. Dropping 5 to ten degrees at speed or with defrost on.
