Based on the information provided with a misfire on cylinder 5 and with all of the components that have already been checked and replaced to try and locate or resolve this concern, the misfire may be caused by a loss of compression in cylinder 5 due to an internal mechanical issue within the engine itself. I recommend having a cylinder compression test performed to see if the compression on cylinder 5 is lower than the rest of the cylinders. If found to be lower I would then recommend having a cylinder leak down test performed to help identify where the compression loss is occurring. In many cases if low compression is found the engine usually has to be inspected further internally to pinpoint the compression concern to determine which type of a repair is needed from there. The ABS warning light coming on and turning off once the vehicle is moving can indicate a fault with a component like a failing wheel speed sensor or even something like a fault with one of the valves or solenoids inside the ABS unit itself. I recommend having the fault codes checked in the ABS computer to see which codes are stored and then further diagnosed from there to help determine what type of a repair is needed to resolve this concern.
