Why is my car not starting up normally and acts like it’s possessed?

When turning the keys I can hear a clicking sound but car won’t start. I changed the battery and alternator both reading at normal charge. Starts up perfectly when jump started so I don’t know what it could be. Also the stereo will suddenly shut of or start blinking the lights on it own. Makes a loud noise on the stereo when putting the blinkers on once in a while. I have noticed this happen more when i wash the car ir it rains.please help I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you.

Hello, it sounds like you may have a cable issue to the battery. Check both power and ground cables to the battery and find out if they are free of corrosion and connected appropriately to their terminals. There could be some kind of ground issue causing the feedback you are expressing.
