Electrical issues with static stereo, ac/heat controls affected with center dash

My car started with the CD ejecting, then the radio with static, that has effected just my radio dash, with flickering on and off, as well as the sound when I used my blinkers. This has now progressed to my air controls. My car blows hot and cold whenever it feels like it. I've taken to several shops with no answers and finally had to take it to Chevy. My extended warranty is covering the radio to repair, but not the ac component, they estimated the two different repairs at almost 3000 dollars, and to be honest I don't think this is the correct problem. I have seen several complaint with the exact specific details but no results or answers.
