Where is the flasher relay located ?

No "flasher" relay in this vehicle. The body control module operates signals and hazard lights. Since the hazard lights are in question I'd first ask if you have any aftermarket devices / alarms hooked up to the vehicle. If so, it could be that this is what is causing the lights to flash. Other than that, circuit testing within the wiring circuit to the hazard lights is needed to find out if there's a switch or wiring concern.
