What is your question?
I have no heat and no air conditioning. Can hear compressor kick on when I turn on A/C, cools for 1-2 seconds and then quits. Heat is 0. I get fairly warm air coming in thru the vents but it is not really warm as it should be. No leaks I have noticed. No noises that I recall. Have been quoted a $1500 price to replace the hvac actuator doors which includes removing the dash and the windshield. Is this estimate realistic?

Hello, Unfortunately, yes. The windshield has to come out, the dash has to come out, the HVAC central housing has to come out, and they should be replacing all with factory parts or better to prevent the repair from needing to occur again. $1500 sounds like a good deal, and most of that is labor. Note, if you have a chip or crack in the windshield, you may have to replace it.
