What is your question?
My camaro engine used to turn over right away and start. Lately, when I go to start it,I hear this clicking noise like someone scraping a credit card or hard piece of plastic (for lack of a better description) quickly down a fan (you know how a fan has those grates on the outside). Then it starts after turning over a few times. What is that?! Thanks!
