I just got done fixing the water pump on my Chevy camero and noticed a little hole in the heater hose close too the fitting can I cut the hose off and will that fix the problem

Yes you canYes you should you should be able to. As long as you can get the clamp on it You won't have a problem.

Agreed! As long as there is enough length left to allow the engine to move while under brake and accell.
