No start no crank

I just bought my 95 Camaro and on three occasions she has failed to do anything when I tried to start her but after a few minutes she would just start for I don't know what reason now she just won't start at all it's been about a week the fuel pump comes on my gauges come on got a new battery somebody wire the ignition funny set my starter is not getting any power

How long has your 1995 Chevrolet Camaro had this problem?
