Codes 13,16, and 25 are on. No check engine light. When I check for codes with paper click none show. Only see codes with Maximus scanner. I have checked all sensor and all are ok. I have checked wires to and from ecm-sensors. I have checked all powers and grounds. When I look at the ecm graphs with my Maximus scanner key on engine off ect is 238 but when it start ect goes to 60 and stays there. iat temp stays at 120. Throttle position sensor chart fluctuates from 0-100 when the engine is running but stays at 100% when engine is off
