What is your question?

Decided to look up codes In truck 94 Chevy k2500 4l60e automatic and came across with code 83 from the ALDL terminal A and B port

What makes this problem better or worse?

Change harness inside trans and tcc soleniod but no change code still set and yes i had battery disconnected while doing this.
