What is your question?
I have replaced the Crank Sensor and Coil still no spark. The last week the truck had been Surging from 13.2 volts up to 19 while driving it. At first it was only the gauge that was jumping and then the Head and Tail lights then The engine was Surging. The last day it felt as if the Engine was grounding out. While driving it felt like a Motor Mount or U joint but, it was the motor that was doing it.

Hello, you're saying the charging system was putting out 19 volts? That would be quite a challenging thing to have happen. Check for any blown fuses. It may take some testing of ignition system components. If the voltage was actually that far off, it's unknown what other electrical damage could have occurred. Someone with a shop manual and solid diagnostic tool along with hands on knowledge with this model of vehicle is needed for hands on inspection. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
Has an actual SPARK TEST been performed to prove there is no spark ? How was it tested?
