where is the temperature blend door located?

How do you remove the upper screw on the right lower blend actuator? The lower blend actuator screw is accessible and removed but I can't figure out a combination to get to the upper screw. Glovebox is removed. Tried going in over the fan housing/duct to the screw but it is too tight a space. Does the blower housing have to be removed? If so how does that come out? After loosening numerous screws that does not seem to budge.
