I checked all my fuse's there all great, None blown all sensors check out so i dont think its the pcm being bad but i think there's a short in the wire harness between the pcm and obd2 plug and ive tested my scanner on other cars to make sure it was not the scanner how would i go about fixing this? Plzz Help

**TEST** all of the fuses using a test light - key on. ALL FUSES!
Underhood fuse box, the one for the cigarette lighter or cigar lighter is the one that powers your diagnostic port. Also, if there is a second fuse for aux output... that too Test it as stated. If that fuse is good, you need to test the pins in the diagnostic port for power. There must be 12 volts between pins 4 and 16 on the port.
