Both rear turn signals won't work when headlights are on but work when headlights are off?

Replaced the multi function switch and it didn't solve the problem . Any other suggestions or solutions?

you may have an exposed wire somewhere or a corroded one I find this often in the northeast region of the US where I live due to all the salt and crap they put on the roads. Good Luck
