truck wont idle I changed the sensors and the gaskets in the throttle body

4.3 changed the fuel filter I can hear the fuel pump it just wont idle

Tap EGR valve with a small hammer.... common for egr to stick open on this year/engine resulting in rough or NO idle!! ... Also the idle air control valve should be checked/cleaned...
