When driving uphill 50 mph get a rattling sound under the truck

What is your question?

The sound I hear is when Im accelerating going uphill at 50 mph like rattling when going downhill and on level ground no sound the rattling sounds seems to be coming fro under the truck.

How long has your 1990 Chevrolet C1500 had this problem?
