what would cause front disc brakes to get too tight ?

The front brake hoses have a steel bracket that attaches to the upper control arm. It is a very common problem that the bracket rusts and pinches the hose not allowing the brake fluid to release from the caliper. A good mechanic can check in less than 1/2 an hour.
