What is your question?
Replaced cam sensor, crank sensor, tps, egr, distributor cap and rotor, ignition control module, timing chain, spark plugs and wires, oxygen sensor. Motor was rebuilt beginning of this year, fuel pump assembly is a year old. Recent oil change and filter changes. Had the truck ten years and its never done this before.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Possibilities > restricted catalytic converter - low fuel pressure due to restricted fuel filter OR defective fuel pump - pick up coil inside distributor damaged due to worn distributor shaft bushings - incorrect ignition timing - contaminated fuel .... Shall I continue?
I find it difficult to imagine how the camshaft and crankshaft sensors were replaced on this 1988 C-1500 Chevrolet with the 5.7L (350) engine .... Difficult indeed.. Good luck with it!
