Hello, I would consult a car audio specialist to get advice on this. There are several around, and several searchable via the Internet. It is entirely impossible to know much about what to suggest since we cannot examine the wiring set up for your aftermarket components, or even guess at how to rectify your concern.
This is a rather unique situation - Can you enlighten us as to how that conclusion was reached? Normally the amplifiers main ‘current’ supply is drawn directly from the battery - not the ignition. Of course as stated - we have no idea how this system is set up. Google > Crutchfield - - free technical advice from the best in the business! Good luck!
Side note - Crutchfield’s technical assistance arsenal also enlist audio technicians that participate in building systems for competition events - I’m pretty sure they can help out with any concerns you may have - for free.. Now - IF it is determined the audio system is NOT the culprit here - let me know. Personally I do not think the problem is related to the audio system.
