My headlights work my brake lights work tail lights work but no blinkers no dash lights and no car lighter checked all the fuses took everything I don't know what's wrong please help thank you

You missed the failed fuse(s)! .. You'll need a 12 volt test light to TEST ALL FUSES to confirm none are blown! .. IF unfamiliar with *TESTING* fuses seek hands-on help from qualified personnel... Hint, the only common denominator to those failed circuits you posted is indeed the FUSE!
