What is your question?
If I bought the turbo power assembly would your shop put it on or do most places not do that and just order the part? If you order how long does it take. Chevy quoted me extremely high and I’m needing it done soon. Check engine light is on and when I accelerate it gives me an error message with reduce engine power mode
What makes this problem better or worse?
When I shift into reverse or drive mode it’ll stall out or completely jerk me forward it doesn’t shift
How long has your 2021 Chevrolet Blazer had this problem?
3 months but bad as of last month

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! If you're looking to have a turbo power assembly installed on your Blazer, many independent shops can handle that for you, even if you bring your own part. It's always best to call ahead and confirm with the shop, but plenty of places are willing to install customer-supplied parts. If you need the shop to order the part, the time frame can vary depending on availability. Usually, it can take anywhere from a couple of days to a week to get the part in, but checking with the specific shop for an exact estimate is best. Since you're dealing with reduced engine power and error messages, it's crucial to get this sorted out promptly to avoid further damage to your vehicle. One last thought: check if the turbo has a warranty extension or recall since the Blazer is so new.
