My E break light was on constantly at one point now it flashes an alarm will sound. Ive checked the E break itself an its all the unengaged an works properly when engaged. Fluid level is full. Im going to replace the breaks this weekend. Could it be anything else?

Hello, Changing the brakes will likely not help. The vehicle needs to see a professional, or you will have to find a good tutorial that shows the the exact locations, and what you need to do at those locations to get a trouble code. If there is already a noticeable pattern in the blinking, i.e. it blinks several times, pauses longer than normal, then repeats, this is a code. The problem can be several things, but certainly will be related to the rear anti-lock brakes. Certified shops in your area: http://repairpal.com/chevrolet-within-10-miles-of-amherst-ohio-44001
