My 02 Chevy blazer check engine light and reduced power light or on .I rpleaced the electronic throttle control and the whole throttle pedal and still reduced engine power

Reduced throttle light and check engine light it only goes 18 mph ive replaced the throttle control and the whole pedal assembly .and still no change .help please
