engine bog

What is your question?

i have a chevy blzr extreme with a 4.3 vortec. it is bogging down as if starving for fuel cant get it to run over fifty.makes a loud bog noise at the air intake filter.im thinking clogged injectors.have to shift it manually to limp home. any uphill grade was a chore. could not get the RPM's up. not sure if tranny is the problem . the more i push on the gas the louder bog noise happens and car slows down.
