What is your question?
I recently bought a 2001 chevy blazer it seems to run fire until I get on the freeway at about 65 i feel it shaking. Borrowed a friends scanner told me I had a random misfire on cylinders 3 & 6. I replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, injectors & poppers, cap & rotors. I also checked the compression ratio and it's reading good. I'm completely stumped any help would be greatly appreciated.

a couple quick checks would be to check for fuel leak were the injector assembly connects to the fuel lines, sometimes replacing the injector can damage the orings, another thing is to take out your crank sensor (next to haromonic balancer) & look to see if it has evidence of contacting your crank. if it looks like it has then your crankshaft has excessive movement, shim the sensor out & it might help
You did not mention if you had inspected your Fuel system for proper fuel pressure and volume, low flow or restricted fuel filter can cause a cylinder misfire. Inspection of Distributor shaft for excessive play should be performed. Depending on what engine you have crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor signal/wave pattern should be inspected also. Vacuum leaks at intake manifold can cause engine misfire, bad wire connectors at computer, injectors and sensors should be inspected for proper connection and fit.
have you checked you belt tensioner? these things go bad without people ever thinking about them.
If you pull your car into the garage and turn off all the lights. turn on car, open hood.. be careful of fan blade running.. lower the hood just enough so the under hood light goes off.. look at the sides of the motor and check for sparks.. many times you just need to tigten the wires after a tune up If you see sparks as jumping between the wires and plug area that your problem causing the misfire.. turn off car just push them down tight ,..then crank her back up.. LIKE A ROCK !
