rpm's go up when stopping n doesnt sound right.
What is your question?
when stopping rpm's go up, and engine is forcing truck to go. when in nuetral rpms go higher yet n also when in park.

1st- change your pcv valve, more than likely that will solve your problem. but if it continues- check all the vacuum lines.
