Turn Signal Flasher erratic and won't stop making noise

What is your question?

My flasher will flash turn signals erratically and when I turn it off, you can still hear clicking sound. It only stops when you put your foot on the brake. Do I need to replace the relay or the flasher or both?

It sounds like the problem may be with the turn signal switch on your 1998 Chevrolet Blazer. In some cases the turn signal switch will allow some voltage to pass through when it is off, causing the flasher to click when it is off.
