what would be the problem if blazer wont turn over with a new battery

you could have a blown fuse, faulty ignition switch, or faulty starter. does it make a ticking noise when you turn the key switch to start position? if so you may have a bad connection to the starter or on the battery terminal itself, check the connections to make sure they are clean of corrosion and tight and check the fuses
