sounds like a helicopter noise from the front end

This noise only seems to be noticiable at mainly 40+mph. I do feel a slight vibration on the driver's side floorboard while driving. In all honesty it really does sound like a helicopter, I'm not sure how else to describe it. It's not a click or a grinding. Anyone have any idea what this might be? I've previously replaced the CV Boots as well as the bearings. At that time there was more of a clicking and grinding noise though. I've never heard this noise before.
