Hazard lights work and all bulbs OK yet not turn signals. No inside indicators

I suspect you have a blown fuse. Check your fuses which I believe is right under the steering wheel. Sometimes a fuse just goes bad. it may be an indicator that something else is wrong. If it blows again after you replace it, you may need to seek more help. It will probably be in the wiring somewhere.
