would it be wise to put a lift kit in the truck

If you do put a lift kit on the truck make sure it is properly installed and the steering is properly aligned properly. Make sure it is a well designed kit, I have seen some that put a pull on the brake flex lines. Maybe some fellows on Chevy truck forums would have the pros and cons or recommendations for specific lift kits.
