cost and what is required to replace power steering high pressure hose on 1991 chevy blazer

They'll probably want about 1 hour labor, $100 for the hose and $10 for fluid. Replacing the hose requires unscrewing the fitting on the pump and on the steering box and then screwing both ends of the new hose into place. Funny, Chevrolet Cadillac of La Quinta quoted me $250.00 labor and $32.00 for the hose?
