my drivers seat is wore out,will the drivers seat and passenger seat swap out?

Usually no. The brackets are right and left, but the seats come off the brackets. It may be possible to swap the seat cushion and seatback but the controls and such may be on the wrong sides. You'd have to take a good look at it to decide for yourself if it's worth a try.
