My car won't stay running after I put a new pvc valve in and plugs and wires

Did it run well before you did this service? To me, I would absolutely ensure you have the right ignition wire going to the proper cylinder before doing anything else. I would also ensure you did not disconnect any vacuum lines inadvertently.
