Baretta won't run

I am guessing you mean the Throttle Body and not carburetor since the car is throttle body injected. Are the injectors spraying any fuel when you are cranking the car over? The injector(s) are mounted on top of the throttle body so when cranking, you should see fuel pulsing. If not, you either don't have enough fuel pressure, or you have an injector electrical issue. Just because you see fuel in the return line, does not mean there is enough pressure to run the car.
