at the dealer say is because i installed an after market alarm do you think it is the reason of the failure ? . some times it works . when i turn on the ignition it jumps a little thankyou

No, there is no fuse for the tach. More than likely, the store that installed your alarm tapped into a power line that powers your tachometer and constanly draws power from it causing it to malfunction.
i haved the alarm disconected and the failure stills there . this happened after six months of alarm instalation
