I have Chevrolet Aveo,2013 auto transmission. (I) During driving when it shifts gear, it makes a heavy jerk. (II) when I changed transmission oil, now my car is producing an abnormal sound during driving.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It is worst, during driving.

Sorry to hear about your issues. A good scanner can help by checking for adaptations in the transmission. It's going to be hard to diagnose without looking at it though so I suggest bringing it in for an inspection.
