We've had a lot of snow recently and yesterday when I got to work in the morning, I had no problems. When I returned later to get my out from the parking garage my back left tire won't move. I didn't realize what was going on until someone pointed it out as i was backing out of my spot. All of the other tires are working and spinning normally but the back left tire won't budge and was just dragging. I attempted to turn the parking break on and off to see if maybe it was stuck and nothing changed. I don't know if it froze from the cold or if something is going wrong with the break system. What should my next step be?
