check engine light is still on codes p0011 and p0366 show ive replaced both camshaft sensors amd both solenoids and still wont go out what to do next any advice

i check the timing the gears line up the rubber belt has been replaced im think the harness is shot it has cracks through out other electrical things happen on and off
