When i turn on my head lights the dash lights don't work...

What is your question?

the passenger tail lights and the front passenger running light also goes out when the head lights are on. All of the brake light work and none of the bulbs are burnt up and all of the fuses are good. Also a weird thing the chime when you leave your head lights on isn't working either.

Please be advised this car has a recall on the lights that you are referring to , headlights, there is a revision , I do not think the parts are available at present . You should have gotten a letter from GM contact a dealer for a no cost solution to their issue.
