Horn not working

What is your question?

The horn started to blare by itself. The battery was disconnected and it reset but now it does work. The fuse looks good. What should I check next?

What is your question?

Check the horn button or whatever it has, and check the relay for sticking on (I assume it has one for the horn- I don't have a comprehensive electrical diagram for that system). If the fuse were blown, the horn wouldn't work, no power to it. You may need to find an auto electrical shop or a Chevy specialist. Inside. And smoke for oil i exhaust. I think it is the cylinder ring.
