rough idle, and only drives up to 40 45 mph slowly. I already put a new throttle body, and catalytic converter and is idling better but still no power. any idea what else I can do?

Is the check engine light on? If so, please post codes. Also, check rubber air intake hoses for any cracks or holes (PCV elbow hose at intake manifold is a usual suspect) Has any maintenance been performed like spark plugs changed or ignition coil replaced or o2 sensors?

P2106 TAC system forced limited power, P2110 TAC system forced limited RPM, and P1516 speed, idle control, and aux inputs. and yes since I got it in 2012 the first thing that had to get replaced was the distributor coil after that it has new spark plugs, wires, alternator, catalytic converter, both o2 sensors, radiator, thermostat housing, and the ignition cylinder
