what is the manufacter's schedual for changing the timing belt

having lots of problems. bought this car feb 5,2011, with check transmissionon bill of sale. have 60 day 2,500 mi. warranty.ihad a remote start put in at the same time. it took 7 days for that. about a week half later. the rt rear shock went (just bang gone) and the car was racing forward at times and it was not shifting into the next gear. it went backr for both. got the car back and soon after the engine did the same thing so i took it to someone who's specialty isinspecting cars with problems. we found front & rear seals leaking, trany with black burnt smelling fluid& 2 codes (P0705 & U0100)timing belt needs replacement, the left front outer stabilizer link need new and the left rear wheel is bent ,sowhen aree timing belts supposed to be changed?
