Does anyone have a problem with their Aveo starting only when it feels like it.

Sometimes when i try to start my car all i get is a ''click''. if i try turning the key anywhere from 20 to 50 times it might start (not always). I usually give up after that and try to start the car after 15 minutes and sometimes it starts right up. It can happen anytime whether the car is cold, warm or hot. I have replaced the battery, starter & solenoid, it doesn't seem to make a difference.
