2007 chevy avalanche washer fluid stop working after taken in for recall.

Dealer disabled heated washer fluid module and I was paid $100. Everything was working fine up to that time. Since then, no fluid at all comes out,but you can hear the pump running. Went back to dealer,told them the problem. His response was I need a new pump,at the cost of $100.It just don't seem right; give a$100 and ask for it right back! I feel that they overlooked something, like maybe reroute the hoses ?
