Just purchased avalanche 2003 8.1 litre andengine light came on. It checked out

Do you know a way around this camshaft position sensor problem. Everywhere I go on the web people are lost because they cant get the sensors any more. Chevy says good luck, too bad, Hope things work out for you but I would think there is something that can be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again, 2Lmaker
